چکیده
Background Oleanolic acid (OA) has notable anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects, but the role of OA in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury (CIRI) not been reported so far. Methods Oxygen glucose deprivation/reoxygenation (OGD/R) model was induced PC12 cells. MTT assay used to detect cell viability cells, while ELISA detected expression TNF-?, IL-1? IL-6. The superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) reactive oxygen species (ROS) by appropriate kits, apoptosis Tunel technique. Western blot apoptosis-related proteins. transfection technique overexpressed miR-142?5p. After overexpressing miR-142?5p technique, RT-qPCR. Results Besides ability promote acitivity, ameliorated OGD/R-induced inflammatory response Moreover, capability alleviate inflammation cells observed be related down-regulation Conclusion improved OGD/R through downregulating miR-142?5P

The effect of Ganoderic Acid A on miR-17-5p and miR-181b expression level and apoptosis induction in human leukemia Nalm-6 cells
Background: In various cancers, Ganoderic Acid A (GAA), an active triterpenoid derived from Ganoderma lucidum, has been proved to show potent anti-tumor effects. However, the possible impacts of GAA on the human leukemia cell line (Nalm-6) are not fully elucidated. Therefore, this research aimed to study the antineoplastic effect of GAA on Nalm-6 cells. Materials and Methods: In this laborator...
متن کاملApoptosis induction in acute promyelocytic leukemia cells through upregulation of CEBPα by miR-182 blockage
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) involved in regulation of the genes. The CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein-α (CEBPα) is a crucial transcription factor for normal hematopoiesis and cell cycle that frequently disrupted in human acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The miR-182 up-regulation in several malignant diseases such as AML was reported, in the other hand bioinformatics analysis revealed CEBPα targeted by miR-18...
متن کاملMiR-103 alleviates autophagy and apoptosis by regulating SOX2 in LPS-injured PC12 cells and SCI rats
Objective(s): Recent studies revealed that microRNAs (miRNAs) may play crucial roles in the responses and pathologic processes of spinal cord injury (SCI). This study aimed to investigate the effect and the molecular basis of miR-103 on LPS-induced injuries in PC12 cells in vitro and SCI rats in vivo. Materials and Methods: PC12 cells were exposed to LPS to induce cell injuries to mimic the in ...
متن کاملUpregulation of miR-142-5p in atherosclerotic plaques and regulation of oxidized low-density lipoprotein-induced apoptosis in macrophages
MicroRNA (miR)‑142‑5p is a member of the miR‑142 family, which have been shown to be associated with tumors, stem cells and disorders of the immune system. However, the role of miR‑142‑5p in atherosclerosis has yet to be investigated. In the present study, an atherosclerotic apolipoprotein E‑deficient (apoE‑/‑) mouse model was constructed and fed a high‑fat diet. The expression levels of miR‑14...
متن کاملSodium valproate ameliorates aluminum-induced oxidative stress and apoptosis of PC12 cells
Objective(s): According to recent studies, valproate shows some protection against oxidative stress (OS) induced by neurotoxins. Current investigation tried to determine the possible ameliorating effects of sodium valproate (SV) against aluminum (Al)-induced cell death, apoptosis, mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP), and OS in PC12 cells.Materials ...
